Add an efficiency branch to the ntuple for toy generation

Description
Store the value of the efficiency of each event for toy data samples.
For signal events this should be the value provided by the efficiency histogram. For backgrounds, examples with no DP or when the user supplies no efficiency histogram the value should be 1.0
